Join us at M.Judson for a conversation between authors Rory Power and Megan Shepherd on Thursday, July 18 at 7 pm. Rory will be discussing her new book, Wilder Girls. Wilder Girls is a feminist Lord of the Flies about three best friends living in quarantine at their island boarding school, and the lengths they go to uncover the truth of their confinement when one disappears. This fresh, new debut is a mind-bending novel unlike anything you've read before.
Megan is the New York Times bestselling middle grade and young adult author of Grim Lovelies, The Secret Horses of Briar Hill, and The Cage series. Her newest novel, Midnight Beauties, will be released in August, bringing a conclusion to the Grim Lovelies duology.
Both authors will read excerpts, take some questions, and sign books.
